What is cardio??
Cardio is when you do cardiovascular exercise. Usually people do cardiovascular exercise when they want to strengthen their hearts or they want to get better because they have heart problems. Cardiovascular health relates to the health of your heart or blood vessels. Not only is it good for your heart to do exercise it's also good for your organs that depend on blood supplied from your heart. If you don’t have heart problems the number of exercise you have to do to workout varies depending on your age but when you do have a heart condition you have to ask your doctor to see which specific types of exercise you have to do to help your heart.
